U8520 Duplex, yang terlihat mirip dengan ponsel Nokia C7 atau malah Samsung Galaxy5 ini memiliki layar sentuh TFT 3.2 inci, dengan resolusi 480x320 piksel. Berjalan dengan sistem operasi Android 2.2 Froyo, yang diperkuat prosesor 600 MHz. Akselerator grafis berupa GPU Adreno 200. Kapasitas RAM-nya 256 MB dan ROM 512 MB serta memori internal 150 MB.

Tak ketinggalan fitur A-GPS, Bluetooth 2.1, WiFi 802.11b/g/n pun ada. Sektor kamera digawangi dua lensa, yakni kamera utama 3,15 MP dan kamera VGA di bagian depan. Rekaman video maksimalnya beresolusi 480p.
